  • Political campaigns or advocacy

  • Simulation of news alerts, emergencies, or system warnings

  • Advertising directed at or intended to attract children under the age of 13

  • Content that mimics computer functions or misleads users into clicking

5. Clear Identification of Advertising

All Advertising on Healthstate.net is clearly and unambiguously labeled, using designations such as:

  • “Advertisement”

  • “Sponsored”

  • “From Our Partner”

  • “Paid Content”

  • “Includes affiliate links”
